My top priority in 2019 will the number one issue to my constituents: health care reform. We need to work toward a comprehensive solution for both the financing and delivery of health care. Its important to note that while 95% of Minnesotans are insured, too many still struggle to pay for the health care they need because of high co-pays and deductibles, or their medical needs are excluded under their policies. For those of us in rural districts, delivering high-speed Internet access is essential to our economic survival. We need to get that done as well.
